Steps
Building Your Foundation
To start, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started — your questionnaire, access to your learning modules, and your personalised blood test list.
At your initial appointment, you’ll have a 75–90 minute Zoom session with your practitioner to discuss your health goals, symptoms, and pathology results. Together, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your current health and begin implementing a few personalised lifestyle changes based on your results and goals.
During your six-month program, each appointment will focus on reviewing your progress, refining your approach based on your response. We’ll revisit your results, recheck any biochemical weaknesses, and make small, meaningful tweaks to keep you moving toward your goals—smoothly and in a way that feels right for you.
